You can permanently delete your Speak to “Zoé” account and everything stored with it.
Speak to “Zoé” shares its account with The Zoé Life website, so deleting your Speak to “Zoé” account also deletes your thezoelife.ai account.
Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone.
On the web, you can do the same by signing in at thezoelife.ai/account and choosing Delete Account.
If you can’t access the app, email team@thezoelife.ai from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We will verify ownership and complete the deletion within 30 days.

If you ever made a purchase, the payment record (amount, date, and invoice) is kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. It is no longer linked to a usable account.
Encrypted backups are purged on a 30-day rolling cycle.
Deletion is permanent. To keep your journal, open Settings → Your data and export everything as CSV, Markdown, or plain text before deleting.
